Russian University Rector praises China's development and cooperation

Sergey Taskaev, rector of Chelyabinsk State University in Russia, has highlighted China's rapid development and its growing appeal to Russian people. Visiting Beijing for the first time 20 years, he noted significant changes and described China's progress as remarkable. "I should say that it's very good tendency," he said.
Taskaev praised the deepening educational and cultural ties between China and Russia. He also commended the Belt and Road Initiative for fostering collaboration across various fields, from science to cultural exchange. Taskaev expressed optimism about the future of China-Russia cooperation, calling it a mutually beneficial partnership.
